Hard Knocks Review
August 14th 2010 11:14
If you haven't watched the new season of Hard Knocks please stop right here from reading the rest of the post. This is a spoiler alert.
When the Jets were announced I was very excited to see this season of Hard Knocks. Probably just as excited to see Jimmy Johnson's hair on Survivor after 5 days without hair spray. The Jets have always been a trash talking hard nosed defensive team and they exceeded my expectations on trash talking in the first minute with Rex Ryan using the "f" word a few times in a speech. I have always liked Ryan since he was the defensive coordinator of the Ravens since he does like a player and relates to the team. The show did well to make the Jets look good in the Revis situation as they were blessed without having any major injuries. The highlight of the night were the one handed catches that Mark Sanchez was making. I have never seen catches like that before in my life and for that Sporting Mind salutes you. Maybe if your qb career doesn't work out, LT can swoop in as qb and you can move to wr in the wildcat offense. Overall, this season is up there on entertainment, however, Ochocinco last year did steal the show and the Jets need to raise the bar a little bit more to catch up to his antics. I look forward to watching it again next week.
